The staff of pomene has to be one of the best of all the places we have stayed, the lodge and surrondings are first class for a private get away.the diving was great,but the dinning was beyond any imagination of what you would expect 50k of a tar road, and Ian was not only a great chief but turned into a great friend.(thanks. Sharon and her Husband went out of their way to make each guest feel as if they were the only ones there and spent much time with us helping us get home after the 4x4 rental from KEA CAMPERS ZA broke down and they would NOT send another Baaki to fetch us and our personal belongings that we was going to have to leave behind to fly back to Pretoria, she quickly made a plan and sorted out transport to a airport and help make our reservations for us to get back on the date that we had planned, Thank You. Ms Sharon you are truly an angel. We will make this trip again with the many friends we made while there and can't wait to do so. Thumbs Up to the staff and lodge

One of the plus points of our stay was Anna that worked in our house she was really sweet, cleaned very well and she deserves a gold star!!!The negatives were the cutlery and kitchen ware, also that there are no blinds infront of the windows of the main sleeping rooms - no privacy what so ever. The diving instructor that kept on saying that they,ll get back to us and did`nt.The prawns were very good the best we have had in the 5 times we have visited Mozambique.
