Several of the units are adjacent to each other offering flexibility for larger groups. The cottages range in different sizes, sleeping between 4 and 8 people at a time, and offer self-catering facilities such as cutlery, crockery, bedding and furnishing.

Each of the cottages at Tofo Beach has its own butler, who is charged with making your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Functions that the friendly butlers perform include making the beds, doing dishes, sweeping floors, helping you buy fresh produce at the market, including fish, prawns and calamari, preparing food, and even guiding you through the town and offering advice as to places to visit. Due to Mozambique's recent smoking law amendments, guests are urged not to smoke in the units, as they are likely to face a hefty fine for transgressing this law.
