Sunset Lodge

Approximately 485 Kms north of Maputo on the Barra Point, Sunset Lodge offers 7 fully equipped self catering cottages . All units are situated approximately 500m up from the beach on a sand dune, with breathtaking views. Improvements have been made to the road, so it is possible to get there by 2 wheel drive vehicle.

Units are serviced on a daily basis by our friendly staff, who can also assist you with your laundry.

The lodge offers 24 hour security & all cottages are fitted with a lock up safe for valuables.

Units are very comfortable & fully equipped for all your self catering needs with crockery cutlery, cooking utensils, a gas stove & electric fridge, chest freezer, toaster, kettle, & all linen/bedding. But please note that you must provide your own towels. There is a shower & toilet serving the bunk rooms & another en-suite shower/toilet off the master bedroom.

Come & take in the incredible views whilst sipping on one of our famous cocktails at the Thirsty Parrot Bar & Restaurant. Or take a dip in the pool which surrounds the bar. The restaurant offers hearty meals & the seafood platter is a must.

Fishing trips & Scuba Diving can be organised as well as many other activities.
