Bay View Lodge and Estate

Bay View Lodge is on the northern part of Praia da Barra, a beautiful peninsula, with an estuary behind and a long sandy beach in front of the lodge. Here you can leave your stress behind, explore the underwater wonderland on your doorstep and enjoy the night sky, far away from bright city lights.

Our Group House is ideal for a group of friends or family that wish to share. Ideal for dive groups, overlanders - anybody with the same interests. Can accommodate maximum 16 persons (minimum 8 persons or the equivalent rate).

Holiday accommodation at Bay View Lodge are fully equipped for selfcatering, or guests can enjoy their meals in our pub/restaurant - The Green Turtle which is directly ON the beach. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily.

There are lots to do in the area - or as little as you wish. Scuba diving, sea safaris, deep sea fishing, horse riding on the beach, or just long strolls on the sandy beach.

DIRECTIONS: At the pier in Inhambane town, turn right and follow direcctions to airport and Tofo. Where the tarred road turns right to Tofo, continue STRAIGHT onto the dirt road - NO 4x4 needed. At the T-junction turn left, and Bay View Lodge is approximately 1.8km further on the right.
